Tracy Rutledge has been in Richmond, VA all of her life. She is very knowledgeable of the Richmond market and continues to educate herself on the changes. She graduated in 1987 from Virginia Commonwealth University and majored in Business Administration & Marketing. She taught fitness classes at American Family for 18 years while working full-time in sales. She invested a great deal of time in staying certified, educated, and up-to-date in the Aerobic industry. When she taught her classes, she gave 150% of her energy, and her students loved it. She used the same energy in her various sales careers and wanted to make sure she kept her clients happy. Tracy pursued her new career in Real Estate in February 2006 and joined Remax Action in 2007. She looks forward to working with her clients and giving them her utmost commitment, honesty, integrity, and time.
