Mark Budzinski
Mark joined RE/MAX Action Real Estate after having spent five years in new home construction as a Sales Manager and Sales Consultant for Pulte and Centex Homes. During his tenure, Mark managed Sales Consultants in Virginia and Maryland and sold homes across several product lines including single family, townhome, and condominium style homes in Henrico, Chesterfield, Hanover, and Goochland Counties in Virginia, and Prince George’s and Anne Arundel Counties in Maryland. This allowed Mark to cover a spectrum of products and provide service to customers who were first time buyers, move-up buyers, as well as those looking to downsize. It was during this time that Mark learned to appreciate the value of new construction, re-sale, and foreclosed homes and the many differences between them. Previous to Mark’s real estate career, he spent ten years as a professional baseball player with five different organizations, which opened the door to relationships with athletes and fans from all over the world. The knowledge obtained in regards to other cultures, teamwork, and commitment to winning was invaluable in Mark’s transition into real estate. Mark holds his BSBA from the University of Richmond with concentrations in Marketing and Economics. Having grown up in Maryland, Mark so enjoyed the Richmond area that he and his wife, Monica, made Richmond their home upon graduation from college. They are proud parents of three wonderful children who bring a bright smile to their faces every day.
