Lucy Watkins
Lucy is a life-long resident of the Charlottesville area. She is a graduate of Fluvanna County High School. Her interest in real estate goes back to age 15 when she began working after school and during summer vacation at a local Realty office. She attended Moseley-Flint School of Real Estate and obtained her Virginia Real Estate Salesperson’s license in January, 1989. Lucy joined RE/MAX Assured Properties in late 2004. In 2006, she participated in 27 transactions, with a sales volume of over $6.4 million, earning her the RE/MAX 100% Club Award. In 2007, as a member of The Savage Team, Lucy was presented with the coveted RE/MAX Chairman’s Club Award. Lucy has obtained the Quality Service Certification designation, QSC, and maintains the highest rating possible, based on client satisfaction surveys. Past clients are always happy to refer their friends and family to Lucy when they need to buy or sell real estate. In October, 2008, Lucy joined RE/MAX Action Real Estate. She is an on-site Sales Representative for Prospect Homes at Spring Creek, a gated golf course community, located in the west-end of Louisa County at Zion Crossroads.
