My name is Laura C. Williams. Having been raised an “Army Brat”; I have lived all across the United States and abroad. I decided to make Richmond my home six years ago after graduating from Indiana University- Bloomington in 1999. My parents live in the Wyndham area, which brought me back to settle where I have. I have a wonderful husband and four brothers and sisters, most of whom live in the Richmond area.

I have been working in the real estate industry for over two years and recently became a buyer’s agent for Skye Bruce. She and I are sales associates for RE/MAX Action Real Estate. RE/MAX Action opened in 2002, has grown to more than 25 agents and is a RE/MAX multi-million dollar producer in volume sales. Our office is located on Nuckols Road, just north of the Innsbrook Office Park. In addition to specializing in properties in the West End, we can also help you find a new home in other parts of town. Our market includes the City of Richmond and the counties of Henrico, Chesterfield, Hanover, Goochland, New Kent and Powhatan.

As your real estate agent, I will make sure your needs/wants are met. I will guide you every step of the way. First, we’ll find the house that best suits your needs, and then we’ll walk through the financing process and put you in contact with a lender who can pre-approve you for a loan. Finally, I’ll help you negotiate an offer and complete all the paperwork associated with the contract.

From the start it is important that we know what we’re looking for in your new home. We should establish a price range and narrow our search geographically. We’ll also talk about the home itself. What style home do you want? Colonial? Contemporary? How many bedrooms do you want, etc? At our first appointment we will find some homes that fit your profile. Then I will set up appointments for us to go and see these properties. Before you know it, we’ll find the right home for you.
