Carter is a native Virginian with deep roots in Central Virginia. Though raised in Western Henrico, he grew up spending weekends sailing out of Jackson Creek in Deltaville and fishing at Trice's Lake in Cumberland. These experiences have contributed to his expertise in Water Properties.

Carter's experiences in renovating and redeveloping properties began at a young age. Coming from a family of Real Estate Brokers and Investors, he bought and restored his first property when he was 19. Since then Carter has enjoyed his involvement in Commercial and Residential Investment projects.

Prior to his Full Time career in Real Estate, Carter worked as a Receivables Management and Payment Systems Executive. He was responsible for founding and running several successful Richmond based businesses as well as teaching at J. Sargeant Reynolds, as an Adjunct Professor.

Today, Carter solely focuses on intensive marketing of Real Estate and Businesses. His team offers Buyer's Agency, Investment Counselling and Property Management Services. Carter's efforts focus on marketing:
